World Proven System

The Eng School of Self-Defense was founded in 1977 by Grandmaster Dr. Robert William Eng III to teach the World Combative Arts System, the start of Mixed Martial Arts in the United States.  His style of teaching includes a variety of techniques from several different forms of Martial Arts including Taekwondo, Jui Jitsu, Kempo Karate, and Kung Fu to name a few.  The system continues to grow to this day, with instructors all over the world teaching the system with techniques that work every time.  The same system that's been proven time and time again.  In the ring, on the street, all over the world.

Building confidence

Our goal is to teach the younger generation,  and adults, the importance of  self-confidence and learning how to control their strength.  "When you know how to fight, you don't have to"

Discipline

The art of self-defense is not to learn how to fight, but rather the discipline to know how to defend ones self, or others, in case of an attack.  This same discipline caries over into several avenues of life: work, home, school, etc...

Self-Defense

Self-Defense is the visible product that comes from the above mentioned confidence and discipline, combined with hard work and determination.  Being able to defend yourself, and those important to you.  A much needed skill in today's world.
